2009 Calendar of Classes

Join Chocolatier Heidemarie for hands on classes in the production and art of making fine chocolates. In this totally hands-on class make an assortment of painted, marbled, and dipped truffles and chocolates, as well as producing filled candies. You will learn to wrap, box, and display your wonderful treats to take home or share with your family and friends. Note: Be sure to bring and apron to class.
